Peter, I'm not sure why you can't hear any audio. That sounds a bit wierd. Try clicking on the video itself and going to the Viddler page, which is here.

Why can’t I hear any audio when I play the vids??
According to the FAQ I’ve got the latest update for the player, so why???…..
And yes, the volume control is at max.
